The Associated General Contractors of Oklahoma - Building Chapter (AGCOK) Trade Association is seeking an energetic, mission driven professional to assist the Executive Director in managing our leading statewide commercial construction trade association. As Chapter Manager, you will be involved with a trade association that represents over 200 member companies completing over 3 billion dollars of commercial construction in the State of Oklahoma.
As the Chapter Manager for the AGCOK, you'll be responsible for the planning, marketing, and coordinating of events (large and small), coordinating membership services such as recruitment and retention plans, developing membership marketing strategies and publications, and assisting in maintaining member databases. You will also be responsible for coordinating board and committee meetings, generating agendas and minutes for same meetings, having a working knowledge of AGC of America and its associated programs and services, having a working knowledge of the financial picture of the Association, and assisting in the maintenance of the association's website. As Chapter Manager, you will assist the Executive Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, maintain office supplies, and coordinate computer services.
This full-time position plays a critical role in the continued excellent service the AGCOK provides to our members. The position reports directly to the Executive Director.
Bachelor's degree preferred and three to five years of proven experience executing and meeting fundraising or sales goals
Outstanding communication skills, articulate and persuasive, with well-honed relationship building skills

The ability to work occasional nights and weekends for Association business and events.

The AGC of Oklahoma is a statewide, full service, non-profit organization for construction professionals. AGC members have been building the association since 1939.
