What you will do:
By acting as the business leader, you will be responsible for the overall operations and success of the apartment community while creating a positive and productive working environment for the team. You will:
Work closely with Regional Vice President in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing plans and strategies to ensure successful lease up of a newly constructed class A conventional apartment community
Oversee the leasing, operations, marketing, maintenance and financial performance of the property
Work closely with construction to ensure apartments are quality and timely for scheduled move ins
Create resident services and programs and implement a service style environment for the team to follow.
Establish and maintain a positive reputation online and with social media marketing.
Generate income by leading the sales team; monitoring market conditions; controlling the budget; attracting residents and retaining them through superior customer service
Hire, manage, develop and ensure the success of the team

What we need:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Property Manager required
This position requires someone who can demonstrate strong multitasking, communication, organizational and leadership skills
Experience at a new construction, lease-up or luxury community property preferred
Experience and examples of outreach marketing programs, social media management and concierge services
Creative and high energy with a do what it takes attitude
Ability to accept feedback and portray a professional image at all times
Thoughtful approach to carrying out initiatives, motivated by a changing environment and rolling out new ideas and programs
Candide must have excellent leadership, 'TEAM' building and strong interpersonal skills.
Computer skills required: Excel, Word, property management software and social media platforms
Highly organized and detailed record keeper
Ability to recognize challenges in the sales process and make training, marketing, promotion and operational recommendations that will produce the greatest amount of leases possible within the pricing parameters
