Provide day-to-day supervision of student housing facilities to ensure proper service to the resident community. Supervise student employees as assigned.
Typically a Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field. Master's Degree is preferred. Incumbent will be expected to continue upgrading knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to keep abreast of regulation/policy changes.
Requires valid California driver’s license. Must maintain a "satisfactory" driving record as evidenced by DMV.
Minimum 2-4 year's experience in facilities/property management or Housing Administration.
Demonstrated knowledge of supervisory principles; current methods, practices and procedures relating to property and general facilities management. Knowledge of general renovation and new construction principles, processes and procedures. Mathematical abilities to compute measurements of a room and furnishings, and expenditures.
Exemplary communication skills (both written and oral) evidenced by background in preparing comprehensive reports and summaries incorporating complex, highly technical information.
