Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) seeks an aggressive, tenacious senior leasing associate to help source and maintain relationships with retail and office tenants, owners, landlords and investors in the New England area. Qualified candidate will participate in market and site analyses, Landlord representation, Tenant representation/site analysis/negotiations and development, and Investment analysis and related activities.
Candidates must have a minimum of two years of real estate sales and leasing experience and a proven track record in deal making. Candidate will be entrepreneurial by nature, hard working and creative. Candidate should welcome the in-depth experience and fast-paced team environment found in a successful boutique firm; integrity and respect for others is critical are critical components of the successful candidate at SCRE. Responsibilities to include: negotiating, prospecting, business development, market research, deal making, and transaction management. We provide an entrepreneurial environment balanced with professional support, training and current industry technology. SCRE is licensed and active in NY, CT, RI, MA, NH and FL.
Position is full-time, independent contractor with compensation in the form of commission – terms and conditions to be discussed. Very competitive splits, draw available for first year.
