Wayne J. Griffin Electric, Inc., a cutting-edge multi-state electrical contractor, is looking for an organized, detail-oriented and experienced CAD Coordinator to join our drafting department.
This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM and Navisworks experience. This is a fast-paced environment that requires a positive attitude, the ability to multi-task, work in cross-functional teams across our locations, and excellent communication skills.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:
coordinating electrical with other trades using BIM
transferring field drawings to electronic CAD drawings
producing layout drawings to assist Foremen with budget takeoffs
generating 3D models
producing coordination drawings and layouts from project contract documents.
The ability to understand electrical trade material and comprehend construction documents is essential.
Prior electrical field experience, electrical drafting experience and certificate or higher in CAD is a plus.
