Solid Waste Engineer - ARM is currently seeking a self-motivated senior-level solid waste engineering consultant. Candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in solid waste planning; waste management facility design, permitting, and operations support; and construction oversight and certification. The successful candidate will possess a positive attitude, an "ownership mentality", and establish client relationships, define client needs, develop winning strategies, prepare proposals and generate sales in the Mid-Atlantic region solid waste management and environmental markets, as well as promoting other ARM services. Thorough knowledge and application of MD and VA solid waste regulations is highly desired. Knowledge of PA, DE, and NJ solid waste regulations desired, but not required. Candidate must have the ability to manage multiple projects that produce comprehensive permitting and construction drawings and demonstrate proven sales and project management experience.
A Bachelors Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering and PE license are required. An MS degree is a plus.
