Ahern Rentals is looking for a Branch Manager with rental experience to oversee the day-to-day duties, develop a plan for future growth and execute both successfully. This position needs to maximize customer satisfaction, safety and company assets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, organize and direct staff to maximize service while minimizing cost
Coordinate with Sales department to ensure customer satisfaction
Work with Service department to provide rental ready equipment
Conduct safety meetings. Report and investigate any accidents that may occur
Provide feedback to employees through casual conversations, corrective action and review process
