The leadership role for a project manager includes responsibility to secure bids, estimate in-house trades, negotiating with both subcontractors and clients, scheduling, partnering with on-site superintendents, appropriately facilitating changes, and project close-out of scope of work and contractual financials.
Teamwork includes the sharing of resources and processes with peers and partnering with supportive departments of accounting and office management. The most important team aspect is the relationship between the project manager, the on-site superintendent, and the client.
Superior service for customers is the most important aspect of this position! This requires phenomenal communication skills including occasional touch points with clients and most certainly expedient follow-up. The Construction Project Manager has significant input on their earning potential based on the volume of work and customer service they provide for their clients.

A four year degree in civil engineering, construction management, or similar industry education.
Minimum 5 years experience in Construction Project Management.
Restaurant Experience is preferred.
Additional Salary Information: Bonus paid bi-annually based on previous period project's profitability.
