Assist the Assistant Director of Construction with managing renovation projects throughout 350 buildings on the Charles River Campus. Meet with University personnel to develop scope of work. Generate cost estimate/budget for each project. Follow up with clients through the project approval process. Generate project documents as required for the approved projects. Conduct walk-throughs with contractors. Receive bids and award projects. Oversee all aspects of construction and generate punch lists. Manage project to completion and is responsible for all paperwork required to pay the contractors.
