TheSingle IRB Support Team at VICTR is seeking an outgoing, detail-orientedprofessional with some experience facilitating multi-site clinical trials,preparing submissions to the Institutional Review Board, and/or workingwithin the IRB. This new team member will be part of the single IRB team,taking on a lead role in education and training of both local Vanderbiltinvestigators and study teams as well as investigators, study teams, and IRBsacross the US as part of the new NIH requirement to use a Single IRB for allNIH-funded multisite studies. Vanderbilt is a leader in the single IRB arenaand, as such, has developedrobust tools and online resources to help others implement a single IRB. Thesingle IRB team at VICTR recently received its third grant in six years todevoted solely to supporting the continued development of these single IRBresources. We areseeking to expand our team to include a hardworking, innovative, andcollaborative project leader.

Â· Lead trainingsfor stakeholders via presentations at Vanderbilt and at national conferences,as well as by webinar
Â· Maintain websitecontent regarding the use of a single IRB
Â· Develop standardoperating procedures for the sIRB support team
Â· Update materialsand procedures as necessary
CoordinateUse of a Single IRB for Multi-site Studies
Â· Serve as aliaison and resource to multiple stakeholders relying on the VUMC IRB
Â· Manage theiterative onboarding of multiple sites to the single IRB agreements, web-basedportal, and submission to the VUMC IRB.
Â· Provide excellentcustomer service to all stakeholders, sending timely responses to theirinquiries and requests for information and training
Â· Develop andutilizes tools to better support studies using a single IRB
Â· Support numerousmulti-site studies in different phase of the single IRB pipeline
Â· Maintaininformational database
Â· Participate innational working groups to develop innovative new strategies to support singleIRB review.
Â· 4+years applicable experience
Â· Computerproficiencies: Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel), GoogleDocs, REDCap, Trello
Â· Preferred:GoToMeeting/Webinar/Training, Microsoft Access, ROCKET
Â· 3-5 years workexperience
Â· Clinical trial experience
Â· Multi-siteclinical trial experience
Â· Experienceoverseeing the submission of materials to the Institutional Review Board (IRB)
