As we continue to expand across the US, we are looking for an impact player to join our team as a General Manager in our Dallas-Fort Worth Division.
The General Manager will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the division, including ongoing project management, HR functions, long-range planning, implementing and maintaining systems and procedures critical for growth, vendor negotiations, overall division profitability, and defining and implementing critical safety and training programs.

The role of General Manager requires:
10 years’ experience in Construction management
5 years’ experience in Project Management
3 years’ experience in Job Costing and P&L responsibility
A high comfort-level working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Hands on Experience leading teams in field environment production methods
Experience in role as integrator between departments and teams within the organization
Proven record of earning respect from, and leading employees to, obtaining yearly goals and objectives
The ability to build and maintain a strong company culture both in the field and the office
A willingness to teach, motivate, and coach others along their individual career ladders
