12 month full time Faculty position, instructing in and coordinating/leading the Construction Management AAS curriculum. Faculty is required to attend department meetings, participate in professional development, staff program administration, advise students, perform college and community service, maintain professional Certifications, and be available to students and the Chair outside of class.
Teaching/training experience in Construction Management, preferably at the post-secondary level and five years of progressive full-time related work experience at a project level of management. Related Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Project Management, Architecture or related required. Master's degree in related discipline preferred.

CLASS SPECIFIC ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Oversee department's instructional resources and facilities.
Provide leadership in developing relationships with industry and advisory groups to assist with scholarship programs and internship opportunities for students.
Assist in the successful completion of departmental objectives.
Recruit and advise students.
Develop credit and non-credit curricula as directed.
Maintain currency in field and relevant licensure/certification through professional development and scholar activities.
Attend department meetings, participate in college/community service and be available to students outside of class.
Teaching classes in any or all variations of Construction Management and related, or comparable non-credit sections.
