The Director will report to the COO and lead all activities of the Facilities Division. The Director oversees 900+ employees with an annual budget of $191.2 million. Ideal candidate must be an exceptional people leader and have a collaborative management style. Competitive candidates will have experience in managing large, complex facility maintenance operations. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years with managing large facilities operations/construction projects including at least 3 years of oversight supervisory experience of a superintendent, department head, second level managers, or company vice president; and a valid driver’s license - California license must be obtained prior to appointment.
