Summary: The Senior Project Manager - Real Estate is responsible for managing projects from initiation, planning, budgeting, designing, constructing, and close out of each project, as assigned. To accomplish these goals, this position will coordinate with a variety of stake holders and contractors. The PM will ensure budget and schedule are on track and projects meet the intended design and purpose.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, or related field required.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction related project management.
Demonstrated project management skills and use of project management tools are required.
Able to understand construction drawings.
AutoCAD or Revit skills preferred.
Skilled with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Acrobat, Blue Beam or similar pdf manipulation tools, including annotation, measurement, etc.
Strong aptitude for learning and working with new electronic tools.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proven ability to meet deadlines.
Lean construction and design tools is a plus.
Hands-on experience with Integrated Project Delivery is beneficial.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral of diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
