US Low Voltage Contractor based in South East looking for experienced Low Voltage professional to work in the Birmingham Alabama area.
Must have experience successfully running large crews and long term projects. Must have excellent communication skills and work well with customers, peers and subordinates.
Extensive knowledge of low voltage infrastructure systems and pathways to support networks, security and AV systems as well as knowledge of local codes, general construction practices , safety, budgeting and Project Management are all required.
Activities and Duties include:
Be the primary contact for General Contractor, End User, Designers and Architects, and Company Technical, Supervisory and Administrative Team.
Schedule and coordinate manpower, equipment and delivery of materials
Maintain material and tool inventories.
Maintain project schedules and budgets.
Coordinate activities with other trades
Provide change orders and maintain project schedules/budgets
Manage supervisors and technicians
Perform Safety inspections and training
Perform QA and QC inspections
Must be able to pass drug and background checks, have a valid driver’s license and be a US Citizen.
Must be proficient with Word, Excel, and Project Management Software. Experience with AutoCAD, Adobe DC, Revit, and other programs a plus.
