In-depth understanding of healthcare related information technology.
Provides domain expertise in complex set of related moderate business critical products for customers of moderate complexity for integrated product solution selection and design and build independently. Assesses, designs, documents, performs content and configuration changes required in line with agreed QA, release schedules and user communication plans. Provides user support. Customer Communication: Demonstrates mastery of website t communications under difficult circumstances, i.e. deadlines, complex customer requirements. Prepares newsletters and other communications highlighting business activities for email distribution and website posting. Uses visual cues in newsletters and other media to create brand recognition. Writes, loads, tabulates, and reports customer-based online survey information. Plays a key role in preparing new product announcements.
