Scope of Roles: The role of the Head of Digital and Channel Marketing is to develop and implement a digital strategy to help the bank becoming a digital main bank. Successful candidate shall have strong digital marketing expertise to establish a high quality digital (including social media) advertising, SEO/SEM, affiliate marketing and ePR to promote online banking capabilities and acquire customers. The Head of Digital and Channel Marketing shall also be THE expert to monitor and analyze online traffic volume/pattern to optimize media placement and leads conversions, to deliver a seamless online customer experience and acquisition contribution.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
* Initiate, manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns * Devise, execute, and analyze digital promotional campaigns * Build relationships with businesses and promote digital solutions with technology know-how * Work with relevant divisions to shape and implement accurate, informative digital campaign tracking and reporting * Maintain and optimize owned digital channels for maximum efficiency and conversion capabilities * Track and perform web analytics to optimize digital marketing efficiency * Support frontline to drive multi channel marketing efforts with compatible solutions
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal Head of Digital and Channel Marketing is someone who has deep domain knowledge on digital marketing and understands the O2O marketing space in China very well. He/she knows how the consumers behave O2O, and understands what a globally connected customer needs. The Head of Digital and Channel Marketing typically possess the following attributes: * A bachelor or master degree from a reputable university, ideally in marketing/comp-science * At least 13 years of marketing experience with half in a digital agency or Digital Marketing position * Bachelors degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or similar * A finely tuned blend of creativity and technical skills * Strong project management skills and lateral thinking with problem solving skills. * Strong leadership with negotiation and influencing ability * Highly analytical & Data-driven, creativity with business acumen * Deep domain expertise on digital marketing, experienced with owned media, paid media and earned media management. Including but not limit to web design, web development, social capability establishment and maintenance, SEO/SEM, social listening and marketing, digital leads generations, digital content engagements. * Ability to learn and develop with a dynamic, growing company in a highly competitive industry * A knack for clever marketing solutions and growth hacks * An innate ability to generate effective copy and an eye for design * Natural motivation and enthusiasm to construct, complete and report on projects with minimal supervision * Grow business via digital capability and channel efficiencies.
