Custom and Architectural Windows & Doors Sales Company based in SF Bay Area, seeks Proven Sales Closer to increase company sales via personal calls and product consultations at Architectural, Designer and Top Contractors offices throughout N. CA. and Tahoe areas.
The IDEAL CANDIDATE will have experience in the high-end custom window industry (wood, clad/wood; steel, aluminum, bronze, etc. The candidate will be highly skilled in developing, closing, and managing “window and door sales” for estate-grade and light commercial markets. This Senior Level position requires a minimum of 2 to 5 years or more of related experience. The candidates who can demonstrate they possesses an existing network of current architectural, designer and high-end builder contacts… will be considered first for this opening!
The candidate must be thoroughly professional, in manner, dress, speech and written communications.
The candidate will have a friendly and sincere nature, be a good listener, and easily convey enthusiasm for the many product solutions available from the Company.
The candidate must exude confidence, competence, and enthusiasm… and be at complete ease when meeting with CEO-level clientele, Architects, Designers and high-end Contractors.
The candidate will possess a working knowledge of windows, doors and construction.
The candidate can do accurate, detailed product take-offs from plans and specifications.
The candidate can prepare and effectively present accurate product bids, close sales and can manage projects (post-sale through completion of project).
The candidate must be a driven, organized and motivated individual who can plan their time efficiently and work with minimum supervision.
The candidate must be computer literate, use of excel product for take-offs, word, power point.
The candidate must be able to do occasional overnight travel (company paid) to provide rotating and routine sales calls, conduct product presentations, close sales, and provide product consultations to the leading architects, designers, and builder accounts throughout the region.
The candidate must have valid driver’s license (with no points of record), and no DUI’s for min. 5 yrs.
The candidate must possess a confident and enthusiastic disposition, and be a good listener!
This position affords competitive base salary/draw, plus unlimited sales commission program that allows for $100K PLUS pr/yr earnings for a productive Representative.
