Leads university project management team responsible for programming, design, and construction of facilities projects; ensures that established procedures are followed and quality standards are met; ensures that project program, user’s needs, and project design are consistent; works to complete projects on-time, on-budget, and on-scope; manages multiple projects concurrently; resolves routine issues according to established practices.
This is a term appoint for 12 months with option to hire.
Hours and days may vary due to project needs. May be required for 24 hour emergency call. Travel to regional campuses will be required for this position. This is a term appoint for 12 months with option to hire at the end of one year.

Bachelor’s Degree in project or construction management, architecture, business administration, engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; 5-8 years of experience managing construction projects; demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and build consensus; familiarity with state and local building codes; excellent communication skills; detailed knowledge of building systems, design, and construction techniques; valid driver's license.
Experience with hospital, academic, and/or infrastructure projects; public sector and/or university experience; CADD/REVIT experience; ability to manage multiple, unrelated projects simultaneously; experience negotiating contracts.
Target Salary: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 Annually
