Experience: Must be a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) with at least five years of relevant project management experience. Must have successfully managed at least one project of at least $800K construction value, preferably an office renovation or similar scope.
Scope of Work: CQM will be responsible for all professional services necessary to ensure the project meets design and quality standards as outlined in construction documents. Responsible for documentation of existing conditions, monitoring quality control program, coordinating weekly project meetings, conducting site inspections, recording construction progress, tracking submittals and RFI reviews, reviewing contractor payments, logging and reviewing change orders, participating in construction, commissioning and closeout, and other tasks as required.
