Tower Sealants is currently seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, driven National Sales Manager to lead our North American efforts to grow our Caulks and Sealants presence in the Window and Door installation channel. For the last 12 years Tower has become a dominate player in the caulk and sealant market. Today products are sold into a variety of industries including professional paint market, construction and retail outlets.
The National Sales Manager will be responsible for growing sales and achieving annual sales objectives across all products in the Window and Door installation channel. Primary focus will be in the construction and replacement windows markets. The National Sales Manager will develop and implement strategies and tactical plans that will assure successful achievement of sales plans. The National Sales Manager will also develop and maintain relationships with customers, independent reps, distributors, OEM s and prospects; and prepare and negotiate sales quotations.
Office would be located in Gainesville, GA, but we would consider a remote or home office situation for the ideal candidate. This position will travel 50% or more to all areas of the US.
Develop, expand, and manage the North American Window and Door Channel. Implement sales and marketing programs to grow our current business, and to target new vertical markets. Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales goals. Analyze sales and profit statistics to assist in achieving sales and financial goals. Prepare and negotiate sales quotations. Develop technical expertise across all product lines and understanding of competitors. Prepare and provide necessary technical training and assistance to customers, independent reps, distributors, OEM s, end-users, engineering firms and architects. Initiate and support relationships with distributors, retail outlets and contractors through product presentation and ongoing training. Remain proficient and up-to-date in product technology, trends, market dynamics and communicate information to management. Provide input to management and regarding customer/market needs, product requests and competitive intelligence. Participate in technical seminars, trade shows, and conferences. Job Type: Full-time

Additional Salary Information: This will be a base pay plus bonus. Compensation is based on experience
