The Regional Dean, Atlanta, is the primary officer for corporate development and partnerships in the Atlanta region. He or she oversees corporate recruiting and works with the central recruiting staff to ensure success in OCU programs and initiatives. The Regional Dean works to identify potential partner organizations, including businesses and churches, builds relationships with local influencers to generate leads for degree programs, and increase overall awareness of OCU’s presence in Georgia. The Dean provides feedback on Georgia-specific marketing and is in charge of managing the Morrow marketing budget and placing the marketing buys in cooperation with the Assistant Vice President for Enrollment and Marketing. The Dean also oversees all Morrow center operations, such as construction, maintenance, security, facility leasing, and purchasing.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises and coaches onsite corporate recruiters and University development personnel in Atlanta.
Assists in the development and implementation of yearly enrollment goals.
Aids the Assistant Vice President for Enrollment and Marketing in coordinating the activities of the recruitment staff based in Atlanta.
Participates in meetings related to Georgia recruitment and cohort scheduling.
Identifies potential partner organizations & develops relationships with influencers.
Works to increase the overall awareness of OCU’s presence in Georgia.
Aids the Vice President of Development in Georgia-based activities and campaigns.
Provides feedback on Georgia-specific marketing efforts & reviews marketing pieces
Manages the Atlanta marketing budget.
Places all the Atlanta-related marketing buys.
Manages Georgia-specific social media.
Oversees all operations related to the Morrow campus (construction, maintenance, repairs, pest control, cleaning, security, facility leasing, renting space to generate income, ordering of supplies).
Liaison between Georgia accreditors and OCU.
Aids the Provost and Vice President, AGS, in organizing graduation activities in Atlanta.
Supports the Academic Dean and Vice President, AGS, in faculty development and instructional activities.
Works with Atlanta recruiters and the Assistant Vice President of Enrollment and Marketing to create a cohort schedule for Atlanta.

Education, Training and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree Required
Master’s Degree preferred (in business, management, higher education administration, human resources or related fields)
Experience with business organizations required; experience with adult student recruitment preferred
Skill and Ability to:
Outreach/field relations experience required
Demonstrated administrative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver’s license
