Reporting to an HR Associate Director, partners as assigned with other HR Generalists and clients to support all aspects of human resource strategy and management. Delivers superior customer service and support Yale's mission to maximize employee performance and create an environment where employees enhance their personal growth and career development. Acts as liaison to other human resources functions as appropriate and works with supervisor and senior HR Generalists for guidance and direction on complex issues.
