Here's where you come in:
We are currently seeking an AV Technician to join our team as a member of our growing PNW Construction Services division.
You're great at:
Reading and interpreting electronic schematics and architectural blueprints.
Using hand and power tools to solder and crimp connectors along with various other AV systems-related tasks.
Performing basic mechanical fabrication and basic rack wiring.
Testing point-to-point functionality of systems.
Monitoring work of Associate AV Technicians
Communicating daily job site status to the Project Manager.
Working with manufacturers to initiate return material authorizations as needed.
Reviewing equipment list with customer upon delivery.
What we would like to see from you:
Ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers and colleagues required.
Ability to use hand and power tools in a safe an efficient manner required.
Ability to work and think independently and meet deadlines required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
Working knowledge of basic signal flow for audio, video, and control required.
Willingness to travel to various job sites in the greater PNW as required.
Valid Driver’s License required.
Two (2) years of audiovisual installation experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience required.
Washington State 06 Low Voltage Limited Energy Electrical License required.
Formal education in electronics or related field preferred.
