Columbia University is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Manhattanville Development team. Responsibilities include project management of major capital projects from inception, including programming, design, bidding, and construction, in accordance with recognized industry standards, as well as established budgets, schedules, and quality standards. He/she oversees the bid solicitation and award process for major construction projects and determines contract awards. Responsible for establishing and monitoring appropriate financial and administrative management system for construction projects in conjunction with other division staff member.
Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5–7 years of related experience required.
