This position manages and directs the work of a multi-member team for the delivery of Airfield capital projects that are needed for current operations and future growth in operations at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The projects typically have budgets that range in value from $1 to $50 million with infrequent projects greater than $100 million and may be delivered as part of an overall program.
QUALIFICATIONS: Combination of education and experience demonstrative knowledge, skills and abilities equivalent to:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business Planning, Environmental Science or related field;
Ten (10) years’ design and construction project management experience with civil, airfield and/or transportation projects;
Three (3) years supervisory or management experience; and
Licensed Professional Engineer
Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business Planning, Environmental Science or related field; and/or
Project Management experience with civil, airfield and/or transportation projects in an Airport environment.
