This new position in Facilities and Property Management (FPM) will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing student employees working on the Electrical Shop Lighting Team. Additionally, the Maintenance Laborer Coordinator will support the Electrical Manager by planning and overseeing the work of part-time staff, facilitating administrative activities such as contract requests and purchasing card management, and taking on special projects as needed. All facilities maintenance personnel are considered essential personnel and may be required to respond to campus emergencies.

Experience performing administrative work in a construction or service based environment. Experience in scheduling service work.
