The Sr. Associate Director of Projects and Engineering will be responsible for the onsite coordination of design and engineering services, construction and all other professionals engaged in the planning, design and implementation of major capitol renovations, facility renewal fund projects and mechanical upgrades within the Wharton School’s 850,000 square foot campus. Project Management responsibilities run from five year master planning for both infrastructure and space, project inception through final closeout and include working with multiple departments to coordinate the work during the duration of the process. In addition, the Sr. Associate Director of Project and Engineering will serve as the primary liaison between Wharton and Central Facilities Project Management and will be accountable for tracking the project budget, maintaining schedules and the communication of day to day updates to the end users.
