The purpose of this position is to lead individual, multi-disciplined real estate project solutions for clients, with direct accountability for project delivery.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and provide document of all required data from internal PW customers to facilitate facilities capital projects.
Develop and provide a documented high level project schedule (level 1).
Provide scope of work documents for required engineering and designs for this work including equipment specific requirements, and modifications to the facility. location to enable equipment/process move.
Conduct passport reviews and provide document for completion of passport review of designs with internal PW customer/stakeholders and facilitate any required changes per internal PW customer/stakeholders.
Create and provide bid documents to perform required work based on final designs and procurement of equipment and materials.
Facilitate and document bidder walk-thru, review and reply of any requests for information or clarifications. Documentation due 48 hours after bid due date.
Provide any required building permit applications and documents to ensure adherence to permit conditions.
Provide PW EMOC and documents to ensure adherence to EMOC conditions.
Provide completed pre-construction planning documents for selected bidder to include of safety requirements, contractor access to site, and scheduling.
Provide documentation of completed daily reviews of project construction to assure quality, EHS, schedule, and general compliance verification of project work by contractor. Document daily via pre-job assessment form.
Provide weekly project update for project team.
Provide project executive summary (using PW approved format) and provide updates every two weeks.
Provide documentation of review of contractor and supplier invoices related to project costs for accuracy, completion, and compliance to contract and/or purchase order.
Provide documentation that final as built changes are made to site Auto-cad files, seating management programs, and final Documenteum files are completed per PW requirements. Use passport turnover form to document.
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of lower level employees.
Manages 3rd party project delivery resources/team. Responsible for identifying training needs, tracking performance, coaching, and motivating team members.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University in a technical area of study. Minimum four years of related experience and/or training.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
PMP (US and/or Canada) and LEED AP preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings. Knowledge in MS Project, leases, contracts, and construction practices.
