The Information Technology Intern program is for students that have completed their first year in their respective Master’s program. The John Deere IT internship will provide you with opportunities to partner in the planning and delivery of information technology to support business processes and business practices for strategic business units.
The IT Development Program is for new or recent graduates. The IT Development Program is a three-year rotational program through which new or recent college graduates are recruited to build IT skills that are essential to future business growth and needs. This serves as the primary entrance point for entry-level positions in IT and Intelligent Solutions Group (ISG) at John Deere. It also builds a solid foundation of IT knowledge and an understanding of IT services provided at John Deere through two meaningful 18 month rotations. The IT Development Program creates a qualified pipeline of talent for early-career positions.
Full-time positions are also available within our IT function.
What will you do?
Identify, analyze and apply information technology and business practices to support strategic business process/plans.
Participate in designing, developing, testing and integrating technology.
Participate in the implementation of information technology and business processes.
Support, evaluate, and continuously improve information technology and business processes to maintain alignment with business plans.
Do you have what it takes?
Pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or related degree.
Desired cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
We have internship and development program locations across the United States so you must be willing to relocate and travel domestically.
