Schlosser Signs is a well-established, family friendly, steadily growing, custom sign manufacturer and installation company located in Denver Colorado.
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced project manager to join the family. Ideal candidate must be ready to take on challenges and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Create and execute project work orders and change orders
Identifies resources needed and assigns responsibilities
Attend site visits and meetings, as required
Manage daily operational aspects of projects
Minimize our exposure and risk on each project
Prepare for client reviews and quality assurance procedures
Manage project budget
Close out projects and ensure project documents are complete before submitting for invoicing
Project management experience
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to understand construction/architectural drawings
Proficient in Microsoft programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Familiar with AIA projects and billing procedures
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
Drug screen, background check, and references required
Preference will be given to candidates with sign industry experience and Project Manager Certification
