The Data Construction Program Manager manages global upgrade/retrofit projects within the client's project portfolio. The program manager will support planning and development of critical infrastructure and mechanical/electrical/plumbing global projects. Additional responsibility will be as Program Manager of all Data Center Retrofit Projects within existing data center facilities from design stage through to construction stages and ultimate closeout /handover.
Manage the upgrades/retrofit construction project program process administration across the data center portfolio. Focus is on ability to manage multiple programs at one time over multiple locations globally.
Work upfront to forecast program budget, cash flow and secure approval on spend working with the client's platform team
Update quarterly forecast, budget spend status and changes to program funding
Drive improvement in the upgrade/retrofit program processes and documentation/ workflow through stakeholders feedback and/or based on measurement of important metrics

A.Pre-construction / Design / Planning
Work with client's internal function teams, design teams, and contractor(s) to created and establish the master program schedule, based on the critical path and key milestones
Create and establish the master program budget, including soft costs and hard costs
Support contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis and recommendations
Support contract negotiation, typically in concert with the client's PM and legal counsel, including establishment of all GC
