Construction QA/QC/Cx Owners Representative Senior Project Manager

The ideal candidate will need to have the ability to understand and quickly implement the client / owner's quality control program and ensure the General Contractor is executing on this program effectively. This role will also need to understand the client / owner's commissioning program and strategically lead our General Contractor and integrate with our Operations team to deliver the programs goals and deliverables.
Pre-Construction Work with the general contractor to create and establish the Master Project Schedule, based on the Critical Path and key milestones. (P6 cost/resource loaded schedule)
Create and establish the Master Project Budget, including soft costs and hard costs, bonds, insurance, contingencies, allowances, etc.
Support Contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis and recommendations
Support Contract negotiation, typically in concert with the Client's PM and legal counsel, including establishment of all GC
