The Vice President of Operations for the Baylor Scott & White Quality Alliance (ACO) will be responsible for directing BSWQA operations supporting a system-wide Clinically Integrated Network. This includes advancing BSWQA's strategic vision for transitioning from a fee-for-service, volume-based care delivery system to a value-based care model. Driving operational excellence will be a prime objective of this role. That objective includes enhancing efficiencies and further advancing provider engagement. The VP oversite includes BSWQA's cost structure, contract performance, data analytics, population health management, network management and several committees of the Board of Managers. This position actively participates in shaping Baylor Scott & White Health's overall system strategy.
Critical to success will be the ability to foster effective working relationships with physicians, payers, employer groups and internal stakeholders all working in alignment to generate industry leading outcomes.
This opportunity comes at a time when the ACO is experiencing unprecedented growth with the current 600,000 covered lives expected to grow to over 700,000 over the next 12-18 months. It is paramount that this leader have the ability to work alongside a highly functioning team and inspire innovative organizational strategies for advancing the ACO as a leader in in Value-Based Care.
Reporting directly to the President, the Vice President will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Medical Officer, System Vice President - Care Continuum and the Director - Advanced Analytics.
