Answers the phone lines coming into the System Office and directs callers in a friendly manner. Greets guests to the System Office and assists with appropriately meeting their needs.
Provides conference center meeting needs, included but not limited to setting up technology, guest presentations, and catering.
Assists in constructing weekly room setups.
Assists in receiving, booking, and monitoring schedule of meeting rooms.
Provides excellent customer service to KCTCS guests (either in person or by phone)
Assists in scheduling company fleet vehicles, documents maintenance, keeps records, car keys and debit cards.
