The Project Architect role will lead design teams and consultants on multiple entertainment, hospitality, commercial/retail and higher education institutional projects. Lead design team and consultants in entertainment, hospitality, commercial/retail and higher education institutional projects
Support and provide architectural design studies
Project management including billing, scheduling and technical architectural detailing
Manage several project teams simultaneously
Mentor junior staff on various design techniques, standards, codes and software applications
Minimum 6 years of experience in hospitality, entertainment and/or higher Ed Institution projects
Bachelors' Degree in Architecture
Excellent knowledge of architectural design and detailing
Ability to nurture client relationships
Excellent team management skills
Strong technical, written and verbal communication skills
Professional registration preferred but not required
