Master's degree in Counseling, Disability Studies, Rehabilitation Services, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Social Work, Psychology, Social Justice, Higher Education, or related field, OR, Bachelor's degree in related fields combined with significant work experience tied directly to working with or impacting people with disabilities in a professional position(s) Experience
Providing services to people with disabilities
Case processing and documentation
Explaining and interpreting anti-discrimination laws, regulations, rules, and policies to diverse customers or stakeholders
Providing both leadership and guidance, and serving as a topic area resource
Use of typical office work computer software, such as word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, calendaring, and email applications, as well as use of database systems or other case management software Performance Skills
Demonstrated understanding of and ability to work effectively with people with disabilities
Proactive versus reactive responses and guidance
Ability to develop and cultivate relationships with institutional partners
