The Department of Engineering Technologies, Safety and Construction (ETSC) of Central Washington University in Ellensburg, Washington, is seeking applicants for two tenure track positions in Construction Management at the Assistant/Associate Professor level. The Construction Management Program averages about 165 students with approximately 36 students graduating each year. The ETSC Department offers Bachelor of Science degree programs in Construction Management, Electronic Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering Technology, Technology Education, Mechanical Engineering Technology, and Safety and Health Management. The department envisions itself as providing an educational service with customers at both ends of the system: students seeking an education leading toward employment and industry desiring employees to lead them into the future. The department values the diversity of its faculty and seeks to provide a variety of experiences for students. The department seeks applicants, especially women and minorities, who will enhance the current faculty and their perspectives for our students. All of the programs work with industrial advisory committees to ensure that they stay current and meet accreditation guidelines.
