Administrative Assistant supports the Manufacturing Services (MS) teams through effective and efficient management of staff and administrative duties.
Acts as admin support for MS Leadership team located in the Cleveland area – order lunches, coordinate rooms and peripherals for executive and customer visits – coordinate presentation and logistics for meetings
Managing and scheduling electronic calendars for meetings and travel. (Microsoft Outlook)
Coordinate messages, appointments and information to callers. Including email.
Scanning/logging of records and operating automated office equipment.
Lead Employee Engagement Initiatives. (coordination of meetings and event planning)
Ordering office supplies.
Travel and expense reports
Recording staff meeting notes and following up on action items. (Word/Excel)
Coordination of celebration/luncheon and ordering the supplies etc.
Managing Power Point Presentations
Data entry for projects and updates
