Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in architecture, civil engineering, construction management or closely related field. Requires four (4) years of architectural, engineering and/or construction management work related to commercial or institutional vertical construction projects or closely related experience.
Special Certifications and Licenses:
* Master's Degree in architecture, engineering, construction management work, or closely related field.

Emergency Management Responsibilities:
Note: During emergency conditions, all County employees are automatically considered emergency service workers.
