Project Manager will support of our sales team during the bid and proposal process • Reviews engineering and architectural drawings and specifications in order to help meet the client’s desires. • Requests quotes from subcontractors and third party vendors. • Analyzes local code requirements on locations all over the US. • Performs risk assessment. • Analyzes and compiles the costs for the entire project scope including onsite installation.
Full project responsibility during project execution • Develops project schedule identifying project milestones and critical path to be provided to all members of the project team. • Generates project status reports as needed. • Issues and controls purchase orders to subcontractors and third party vendors. • Manages and coordinates with all parties involved in the project both internal and external. • Keeps detailed records on pricing quotes, change orders and all correspondence both internally and externally • Monitors costs and controls the project budget. • Performs pre-installation visit and verifies with the client and the GC all onsite requirements. • Oversees all data preparation and collection for the project prior to installation and controls all project documentation. • Monitors the installation process and progress. • Perform post-delivery follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Obtains approval and generates post project briefs.
After project completion: • Performs post calculation of profitability. • Manages follow up services.
• a minimum of 5 years of related experience managing large technology projects in a multi company environment. • strong leadership ability and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment • ability to work independently and the ability to multi-task and prioritize • good verbal and written communication skills • proficiency with Microsoft Office • travel requirements about 20%
