Summary of Duties:
The primary function of this position is to perform duties and responsibilities for the Wexner Medical Center Office of Advancement's Donor Relations and Stewardship team. The Coordinator will implement the donor recognition program for the Medical Center. This individual will serve as the liaison from the Medical Center Development team on all related committees and communication such as facilities, marketing, architects and other individuals working on new construction projects or newly named spaces.
Duties and responsibilities for this position include: tracking all available and existing named spaces; helping to determine the valuation of spaces; assisting development officers in gathering renderings to share with prospective donors; tracking and updating all static and digital donor walls in coordination with the Marketing team; preparing briefings and space summaries for the central Office of Advancement and working with the Advancement Services team to ensure space commitments are accurately represented in gift agreements. The Coordinator will also manage and execute recognition-focused events that deliver exceptional donor experiences.
Reporting to the Director of Medical Center Donor Relations and Stewardship, the Coordinator is expected to demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, evaluate and respond appropriately to problems, have excellent communication skills (both written and oral), demonstrate computer competency and highly developed knowledge of Microsoft Office systems. In addition, the Coordinator will exhibit the behaviors associated with the Office of Advancement's core competencies: Leadership, Continuous Improvement, Teamwork and Collaboration, and Communication/Interpersonal Effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience; one year of professional experience in customer service, administrative support or related role.
Two years of professional experience in healthcare development/donor relations or higher education; Excel table management skills; experience working with CRM systems.
Target Salary: $47,500.00 - $50,000.00 Annually
