Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in Engineering or a similar technical discipline or Construction Management and 6 or more years of degreed experience.
Minimum of 5 years of direct experience working in Capital Projects in the Chemical / Petrochemical or a similar manufacturing industry with an emphasis on cost estimating, project management /engineering or construction.
Strong analytical, technical and communication skills combined with an ability to work within a team environment. Routine presentations to senior management are frequently required.
Working knowledge of SAP maintenance and project systems a plus.
Ability to work well under pressure and possess good conflict management skills.
Participation in continuing education (engineering disciplines and the construction field) as well as related professional organizations.
This position requires all candidates to either currently possess or obtain and maintain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) Card from the U. S. Department of Homeland Security.
