This Facilities Project Manager I is responsible for:
- Managing and coordinating, planning, budgeting, scheduling, designing and bidding, construction furnishings and relocation requirements of new construction for designated sites.
- Assuring compliance with all Federal, State and local building codes and hospital life safety requirements. Operating and maintaining department based Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) system.
To qualify you must have:
- The knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts typically acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a closely related field and three to five year's experience.
- The analytical skills to resolve scientific, clinical, human resources, legal, financial, or administrative problems that require the innovative application of the highest levels of specialized knowledge and/or develop financial and operating plans for one of the hospital's major departments/divisions.
