Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 3 years of specialty construction products sales and/or experience as an installer of specialty construction systems; or a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with at least 7 years of relevant experience. A background in resinous flooring sales is a differentiator.
Industry-related work experience including calling on stakeholders such as Contractors, Facility Managers, Engineering Groups, and Building Owners is required.
Familiarity with selling into the Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Health Care Facility, and Architectural and Civil Engineering industries is preferred.
A demonstrated track record of success in growing a profitable sales territory using a consultative, value-added approach.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Computer skills including MS Office, CRM, pricing, and market analysis tools.
