The Construction Project Manager is directly responsible for ensuring that the implemented project adheres to the authorized scope, schedule, and budget parameters. Provides expert-level day-to-day management and leadership for the Owner during the design, construction and close-out phases of capital projects with a wide range of sizes and costs involving new construction, renovations, or large-scale restoration. During a capital project's construction and close-out phases, the Construction Project Manager is assigned multiple projects at one time with a wide variety of cost and sizes.

Required Skill/ability 1: Proven ability to review the progress and quality of the construction documents developed by outside architects and engineers and manage the schedule for design deliverables and overall project schedule to meet the expectations outlined at the commencement of the project.
Required Skill/ability 2: Proven ability with complex planning, design, and construction programs. Significant construction administration or construction management experience for multiple and complex projects.
Required Skill/ability 3: Proven knowledge of engineering and construction practice and principles and the development of contract documents plus a comprehensive knowledge of zoning and building codes and regulations.
Required Skill/ability 4: Ability to establish priorities and follow through on projects playing close attention to detail with minimal supervision to complete construction assignments under time constraints.
Required Skill/ability 5: Proven knowledge of capital and strategic planning and life cycle cost analysis, plus accounting practices and principles.
Preferred Education, Experience and Skills: Engineering Professional registration. Knowledge of electrical, utility or thermal energy systems design, operation and construction or general MEP experience in the construction industry.
Required Licenses Or Certifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management. Six or more years related experience in the professional practice of Construction Management.
