Direct and administer campus maintenance and cleaning services. This will include in-house construction, remodeling, management of campus-wide sustainability efforts and cleaning services for the university.
Required Qualifications – Required qualifications to effectively perform the job. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered. (Additional requirements may be designated by position.)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or Facility Director/Project Manager related experience required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities – May be representative, but not all-inclusive, of those knowledge, skills and abilities commonly associated with this position.
Analytical skills to be used to provide creative solutions to issues or problems
Ability to deliver effective presentations as appropriate.
Experience and knowledge of local, state and federal ordinances and regulations pertaining to construction & facilities operations.
Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with applicable office and facilities computer systems.
