Basic project management activities include development and maintenance of project schedules, status reporting, issue management, and other tasks required to effectively manage and monitor a project through to successful completion (on time, within budget, adhering to high quality standards, and meeting customer expectations).tracks project spending against budgets. Drafts and reviews documentation in compliance with the FedEx global development process and ensures all project deliverables are in compliance with the FedEx global development process. Perform the role of Scrum Master for one or two teams for a program / release train

The ideal candidate is experienced with Scrum/Lean Management/Kanban and traditional project management practices.
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience and systems development environment experience
Foster an environment of high communication, collaboration and accountability
Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Scrum-related meetings to ensure the development teams are practicing the Agile principles.
Support the agile team by participating proactively in developing and maintaining team standards, tools, and best practices, Identifying and removing impediments and preventing distractions, facilitating discussion and conflict resolution as well as empowering the team to self-organize.
Support the Product Owner as needed with backlog maintenance and assist with prioritization and resolution of defects/bugs.
Ability to communicate and work well with teams co-located around the globe/off shore.
Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress.
Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
Leads the production implementation of product increments and features

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information system, or business administration and/or equivalent formal training or work experience and or related field.
