Job Summary: This position provides college-wide direction and management of facilities planning and assigned maintenance operations and auxiliary services for all three Chandler-Gilbert Community College (CGCC) campuses (Pecos, Williams and Sun Lakes).
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field and six years of progressively responsible facilities planning, maintenance and operations experience which includes two years of management and supervisory experience in public facilities management.
An equivalent combination of the conferred degree and directly related full-time work experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation.
