The Campaign Director is responsible for developing and executing Catholic Relief Services first multi-year targeted Leadership Giving campaign. S/he collaborates with key partners, across CRS and with leadership volunteers, to maximize campaign success and reinforce a "culture of philanthropy" among colleagues and external constituents. The Campaign Director reports directly to the Vice President for Leadership Giving.
Informed by the CRS 2030 strategy and by a recently completed feasibility study, the Campaign Director will organize and execute a campaign operating plan that includes a case statement, marketing/communications plan, volunteer structures and engagement strategies to secure principal and leadership gifts. These campaign activities will be planned and realized in collaboration with the Office of the President, Executive Leadership Team, and Charitable Giving, Church Engagement, Advocacy, Marketing & Communications and Overseas Operations staff as appropriate.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Campaign Director supervises a Campaign Specialist. S/he provides guidance, direction and career mentoring through the goal and evaluation process.
